I was justed browsing through the Pubmed website and read this and can’t wait to share this article here is the link https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10707987/ . if you want to read more about it. Below is an abstract
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is emerging as a promising therapeutic agent due to its unique antioxidant properties. A recent comprehensive review assessed findings from 81 clinical trials and 64 scientific publications, highlighting its potential across diverse medical conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, cancer, respiratory conditions, and neurological disorders.
Key findings demonstrate H₂’s ability to mitigate oxidative stress, improve recovery in critical illnesses, and enhance quality of life in patients with chronic conditions. While its safety has been confirmed across multiple studies, challenges remain in developing user-friendly and effective delivery methods, given H₂’s low solubility and flammability risks. Common administration forms include inhalation, drinking H₂-enriched water, and infusion of H₂-rich saline.
The medical community is optimistic about H₂’s therapeutic versatility, but further large-scale studies are necessary to refine its clinical applications. Could this tiny molecule revolutionize modern medicine? The future looks promising.
